New Patient Opportunities are a combination of all new patient phone calls, appointment form & qualified lead survey submissions. In order to accurately report the number of new patient phone calls and the appointments scheduled from those calls our team at MDA listens to and categorizes each individual call. Given the amount of time it takes to listen to these calls and categorize them accordingly our team is always working two (2) weeks in arrears. For this reason, when reporting on new patient phone calls & appointments scheduled for the most recent 2 week period the metrics and data displayed in the dashboard will likely be inaccurate and underreported. All new patient opportunity, phone calls & appointments scheduled metrics are accurate for any time more than 2 weeks in the past.
